Well my next post was going to be some amazing Cinco De Mayo cupcakes. I came up with the recipe all by myself (I’m pretty proud of myself!) but I have yet to make them because I got a last-minute order for cupcakes for Total Transformation’s 5th Birthday!
Ideally, and next time I will make the decorations out of rolled fondant but I’ve never done that before and I wasn’t comfortable experimenting in the time I had allotted, so I made them with royal icing.
They turned out ok, but like I said I think they would have been much nicer and more professional looking with fondant. Next Time!
