Had a few apples sitting in the fridge and I wanted to make a snack…..
So, I thought I’d try out a recipe that I ran across a few weeks back.
Apple chips!
Ingredients:
- 1 large apple
- sugar
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- ground cloves

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Core apples and slice with a mandoline or as thinly as possible with a kitchen knife (my method
)
3. Lay the slices out in a single layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
4.Bake for one hour, then flip sprinkle with a little more sugar and bake for another 30 minutes or until crisp.
